Certified Saramonic products are equipped with anti-counterfeit SN codes located both on the bottom of the packaging box and on the product itself. These SN codes can be verified for authenticity on the official Saramonic website.
STEP 1
Please locate the 13-digit SN code beginning with "SR" on the bottom of the packaging box. Enter this code to verify the product's authenticity.
STEP 2
After opening the packaging, you will find a QR code printed on the product. You can scan this QR code with any browser that has scanning capabilities to retrieve the SN code information. This code can also be entered to verify authenticity.
STEP 3
To ensure the reliability of the verification results, it is recommended that you verify multiple anti-counterfeit codes.
STEP 4
Please refrain from repeatedly verifying the same SN code. If the same code is queried more than five times, the system will indicate that the product may be counterfeit. If you have any questions, please contact our official after-sales service at support@saramonic.com.
